Rhaena smiled. It was required of him to respond in such way. That was one of the reasons Rhaena didn't like to speak to the Lord and Ladies, they only said things that they thought the Princess wanted to hear, or things to please her. However, somehow Eric's words sounded real. Or it was just what Rhaena thought; now that she had met him for real, he was even more interesting.
"I am very flattered, my lord" she said with a smile.

Rebecca beamed. Was it a joke or something he meant? She couldn't ask - she didn't want to seem stupid in from of the Prince himself.
"I would be honored, your Grace" she said, looking over the room where all the people stood, chatting and laughing. It was a truly nice evening.

Eric can't seem to stop looking at her enchanting eyes, the colour is certainly magical, the blood of Old Valyria is something to be revered in one way or another. He could spend his whole life next to her, looking into those sweet eyes. "I am glad to hear that , Princess, I truly am" he must be blunt because who knows when her brother will drag her away again.

Prince Aelor is trying to contain his excitement from talking to Rebecca, she truly is a golden rose but again, he has no time for romance, that is not his duty or right, had he been any other man, he would have spoken to her father and asked to wed the Tyrell girl tonight , this moment, as always his duties lie elsewhere.

Rhaena smiled and was about to answer Eric when her father stood up. The whole room went quiet and her father said some well chosen words and invited them all to sit down and eat the food that had been prepared. Rhaena couldn't help but notice that her father's eyes were placed towards her and Aelor, and he didn't look like he enjoyed the sight.
"I have to go, my lord" she said, and Eric bowed towards her before he left her. Rhaena saw how he walked towards his family.

Rebecca listened to the King.
"It was a pleasure meeting you, Your Grace" she said when the King had stopped speaking, curtising towards Aelor. She turned to Rhaena.
"And you, too, You Grace" she added, curtising once more. She hurried back to her family, leaving the two siblings alone.

Aelor is clearly cross with the loss of his rose but quickly quells those feelings and makes his way to the dais , finding his his seat next to his parents. He wordlessly fills his cup of wine as he knows that his fathers gaze is on him.
"Peasants can wed who they wish, I as a Prince should have every right to do the same!" he thinks angrily, gripping his cup so tightly that his knuckles turn white but a gentle touch from his mothers warm hands makes his grip loosen.

The strong and beautiful Queen knows the folly and whims of the Targaryen men, those who look to other women than those they are meant to wed always cause problems and Rhaenys would have none of that with her fool of a son.

Rhaena was in her own thoughts. She suddenly felt so alone. She had had a conversation that wasn't with her brother for once, and she liked it. She sighed and walked up to her chair at the table of honour. She sat down and looked straight forwards.
"Darling, you don't have time to day dream now", Rhaena heard her mother say. She was pulled out of her thoughts and met her mother's eyes. Rhaena just nodded to show that she had heard and started to eat. It was delicious, but her mind was elsewhere. Her eyes kept moving in the direction of the Baratheons.

The happy and deep laugh that echos from the King , he keeps talking about hornor and duty as if he was a Tully Trout and not a dragon. Aelor chimes in from time to time, agreeing as well as does the chourus from the whole Great Hall. The Starks share a place on the dias with the royal family, since Aegon claims 'they are family , of sorts'

Aelor spends plenty of time speaking to the Wolf heir, a broad shouldered boy with dark auburn hair with green eyes, a gift from his mothers side, a smaller house from the North, Most people seem afraid of the large wolf at the feet of the Warden of the North. As one of Aegon's Kingsguard has Direwolf from the same litter.

Rhaena sat on her balcony, the moonlight made its way to the chair in which she was sitting, making her almost glow. She thought back to the day, which had been a break from the tournament, which meant a day with social activities for the Royal Family and the Houses. The passing of the note had been very quick; Eric had moved very close to her when no one was watching, and Rhaena had felt the piece of paper in her hand. She had held her fist closed very hard, and didn't read it until she was alone in her room.

Please meet with me in the Godswood tonight, Princess. Our conversations have been far too good, I want to be able to speak to you without having to look over my shoulder.

It hadn't taken Rhaena many seconds to decide what she wanted, and now she just had to snuck out of the castle without anyone noticing. She couldn't go inside, because her father had posted guards right outside of her, Aelor's and her parents' room. He had muttered something by the lines of "if those Baratheon bastards decide to try anything". Therefore, Rhaena had to use the walls of the castle. Luckily, this wasn't the first time she snuck out through her balcony. She had a rope tied to her balcony rail, and used the uneven surface of the castle wall to climb down. She then walked over to the tree at the end of the garden and used it to get over the castle wall.

She made it to the Godswood, but she couldn't see Eric. Maybe he was late. She sat down and leaned towards a tree near the statue of the Mother. She tried not to look at the Gods. She knew what she did was wrong, but she couldn't not do it. It was something that drove her, and she couldn't deny it.

Not many moments later a hooded figure comes near, judging from his tall stature and board shoulders, it is not many people it can be.

Eric removes the hood, his bright eyes seem to be smiling as well. "Princess" he says with a bow before looking up at her again. "I am glad that you decided to meet me. I have - I enjoyed our conversations and your company too much not to ask"

It's folly, of course but boys and men do foolish things for girls and this boy is no different. Under the robes he's wearing a yellow doublet with the Baratheon stags on it , a comment from Aelor during the night seemed to have called Erics garments 'something a fool or jester would wear'

Rhaena reacted as she saw a hooded figure walking towards her. At first, she was afraid it would be someone from the castle, but they wouldn't hide their identity if they saw her.
"You don't have to call me Princess when we're alone, my name is Rhaena" she said with a smile.
"I've enjoyed our conversations these past days, too, it's just a bit hard with my family watching" she said and shook her head. It felt like Aelor and her father had been watching her every move, even though Aelor had seemed very interested in Rebecca.

"The Kings gaze can make anyone nervous." he chuckles softly "I'm sorry, it is a habit, Pri- Rhaena" he smiles, clearly enjoying her company just from the short while. "You look lovely" he smiles warmly
