But according to Dohyun himself he did have multiple reasons as to why he should apologise. First of all he’d lost his temper and punched the wall out of frustration, then he’d snapped at the other student and finally completely broken down right in front of him. Any somewhat normal person wouldn’t exactly appreciate any of those behaviours, wether they were justified or not.
‘I do’, the boy protested and shook his head from side to side, definitely not agreeing with any of Cora-San’s words. ‘This..none of this is acceptable behaviour, okay? And you shouldn’t be okay with me snapping at you’, he continued and pulled the dark eyebrows together, carefully studying the other boy with both eyes. It was a quite intensive stare and for once he didn’t glance away a single time. No, this time around he was really trying to figure Cora-San out, even though it practically was to no avail. Because no matter how hard he tried or how many times he listened to his words, he still couldn’t figure him out. Was this really the same idiot that’d called him princess? That behaved so incredibly cold towards all staff and other students? How was that even possible? He simply couldn’t answer any of those questions. Maybe they both had gone mad in the last couple of hours? Well, of course his own mental decay hadn’t happened overnight, however it surely felt like it.
Dohyun ended up blinking a couple of times, lowering his blue - brown gaze towards his now bandaged hand. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but at least the bleeding seemed to be under control and that was more than something. He held it up in front of himself, studying the knot during a second or so before he carefully placed the palm against the cold, stone floor.
‘Thank you again, I really mean it’, he mumbled and bit his lower lip, allowing the slightly sharp teeth to sink into the flesh. ‘And no..I wouldn’t had appreciated it if you’d been an..well..asshole and walked away. To be honest I don’t think the floor would’ve liked it either’, he added and let out a short laugh.

When the taller boy eventually stepped back and thereafter left, the two brown, respective blue, eyes were still following him intensely. That was probably the first time he’d actually seen a genuine smile on Cora-San’s lips, which was lowkey sad. The makeup disrupted the expression, but still! It had been a real smile after all and that was kind of insane. Could he be one of the first people to ever see the strange student in question smile? If that theory turned out to be true, he wouldn’t be especially surprised. Not after the years he’d watched the other one.
Dohyun leaned his head against the wall behind him, sighing deeply as he closed his heavy eyelids. Now that he’d been left all by himself, he had a rather massive desire to just allow the world of dreams embrace him. He was tired as fuck and had no strength left in his body - not to walk, not to stand up or even keep his eyes open. Plus the full moon was still many hours away, so what harm would it do?
‘There you are! I was getting worried!’ A slightly hectic voice made its way down the corridor, followed by quick steps. Not many seconds later, a sweaty, out of breath, Tony sat down beside Dohyun with an irritated sigh.
‘You can’t just walk away like that! And why were you even saying those things? They don’t want you off the stupid team!’ He began scolding before he laid the light eyes upon the pool of blood on the floor, which eventually found their way to the other students bandaged hand. ‘What did you do to your hand?’

Silence. Dohyun didn’t really feel like talking about what had just happened, didn’t want anybody to know either about the wall-punching part or his encounter with Cora-San. For some odd reason he didn’t want other people to know how the taller student actually had a soft side somewhere deep within, and he’d like to keep it at that for the time being.
‘I..I punched the wall’, he admitted and shrugged his shoulders. ‘My temper went kind of bonkers before and I guess I kinda lost myself’, he explained thereafter and closed both eyelids again. He really was exhausted as hell, a feeling the both students seemed to share.
‘That wasn’t very calculated, now was it?’ Tony muttered and rolled his eyes, before he put a hand on the wit he haired boys shoulder. ‘We should get you to madam Pomfrey, okay? So she can take a look at that hand before it gets even worse..by the way, who put the bandage on?’
Once again, Dohyun shrugged his shoulders followed by a short shaking of the head. No, he wasn’t going to budge just yet. Not even in front of Tony. This secret was his to keep and only his.
‘Doesn’t matter, help me up instead, will ya?’ He asked and was thereafter immediately helped up to his feet, by an equally unstable Tony. They shared a short look as they stared making their way towards the hospital wing.
‘You’re really not going to tell me?’
‘Nope, which is why you should stop being so goddam nosy.’
‘You’re annoying as hell, I hope you understand that.’
‘I do..it’s just that I don’t care that much.’

Cora-San couldn't do anything else but laugh, not a warm happy one.
"You refer to that at snapping, well the things you don't know" he just shook his head, seeing that Dohyun's behavior was strange, but not something he feared. He had lived with his father long enough not to fear things others did. His reactions was strange, like yesterday when he laughed at the death threat, but it was nothing, compared to what he was used to. He saw no reason to react differently. He wasn't even sure someone could do anything towards him, that made him react. He didn't fear for his own life, everyone he cared about was dead, so there wasn't really anything anyone could do.
"And you think I am okay with it? I simply just don't care about it" he added, being the truth. He didn't cared about Dohyun's behavior. True others may see it as strange, but as long as the other boy didn't got in his way, or made trouble for him, he wouldn't care. He could act however he wanted.

When Dohyun thanked him again, he just nodded, seeing he had nothing to say. He understood why he thanked him, even if it was strange. The last person who really had thanked him was Law, and that was two years ago. Not that he had done much to make it possible for people to thank him. He rather made the opposite, making people irritated, schooling him, like Marie yesterday. Not that he cared about it, but being thanked, really was unusual to him. He didn't knew if it felt right or not, or even good. It just felt strange, and once again he realised how much his father had fucked him up. But he didn't do anything to change that, not wishing to do more things to help people. This was most likely a spirit of the moment, he thought, as he walked away.

The rain wasn't as aggressive as yesterday, but it still made it difficult for him to smoke, and he was more or less sitting in the corner, behind the door. Not that he complained, liking it there, away from everyones eyes. He tried not to think about what just had happened, but it was hard. It was all so unusual to him, like he for a second had went back to his old self, acting as he often had then, something he didn't want to go back to. He didn't want to turn into the caring, loving and sometimes happy boy he had been two years ago. The boy no one knew. None of the people at Hogwarts had seen him, since none of them had met him before he started last year, and none of them would ever know him! Cora-San took one last smoke, before he stood up, knowing he needed to return to the tower, to change, collect his books and head to class, something he really didn't wish for. Especially when all he could think of was the meeting with Dohyun and his own strange behavior, wishing it had never happened. He had even smiled to the other boy, why on fucking earth did he do that?! He tried to collect himself, as he walked towards the tower.

The walk to madam Pomfreys office took a little longer than usual. Mostly because both students were quite exhausted, but also because Dohyun was more sluggish than usual. He literally dragged his feet over the floor, thinking basically nonstop about what Cora-San had both said and done. Not that any of it was wrong, however he did find it rather interesting. If it couldn’t be defined as snapping, what was it? Something in between snapping and normal behaviour? Damn, he really couldn’t figure it out no matter how hard he tried. By his standards it had definitely been snapping, nothing more or less, and together with the mental breakdown..well, he’d rather not think about that.
The blue-brown eyes glanced out the large windows as they passed them, observing the light rain falling outside. It was still really cold even though it was still technically summer. Cold and not necessarily inviting. Was it usually like this? For some reason everything just felt different this year, as if the world had taken a turn and become darker and generally more sinister. Maybe he was wrong, just paranoid du to the full moon, but he still sensed something in the air.

They made a left turn and walked through the final corridor, leading straight to the hospital wing. It seemed madam Pomfrey was in her office at the moment, since she didn’t come and greet them as she usually did.
‘You sit here and I’ll go look for her’, Tony said and bluntly pushed Dohyun down onto one of the empty beds. The room was empty, except from the presence of furniture and now the recently arrived students. Otherwise there was no one there, which made everything feel extra eerie. The rain smattering against the clear glass didn’t make it any less empty and uneasy.
‘I’m sure she’ll show up in a matter of seconds’, the white haired student pointed out and grabbed the short boys hand, just as he was about to leave. ‘I don’t want to be alone..please, just stay?’ He begged with a weak voice, lowering his gaze out of shame.
‘It’s just an empty room, Dohyun’, Tony mumbled and pulled his eyebrows together. ‘You’re acting super strange..first the breakdown in the dormitory, then the second one in the corridor and now this? What on earth has gotten into you all of a sudden?’ He continued and sat down next to Dohyun, on top of the made bed.
‘Don’t even ask because to be completely fair, I don’t have a single clue. Everything is just wrong all of a sudden and Cora-Sans smile is literally haunting me.’ Fuck, now he’d said one thing too much, gone one step too far.
‘Cora-San? What..so he’s the one who helped you with those bandages? And what else..? He smiled? That’s something I’ve never heard of’, the other one exclaimed and looked into the blue-brown eyes with eyes larger than two saucers.
‘I know! And it was genuine as well, which is what’s creeping me out!’ Of course there were more things lingering underneath that and brought those feeling to light, but it felt kind of good to tell someone something at least close to the truth. And this, this was something that was very close to the truth. He really did feel uneasy about that genuine smile, but at the same time he also felt flattered and his heart managed to flutter yet another time. So goddam annoying.

It took some minutes for madam Pomfrey to find her way into the room and when she finally arrived, all hell broke loose. She began with scolding Dohyun for punching the wall, nagging him about keeping his cool. However after a while she calmed down, shaking her head as she stared studying the bandage wrapped nicely around the skinny, pale hand.
‘This is actually pretty well done, did you do it yourself?’ The nurse asked and gave the boy a long, impressed look.
‘No, it Cora-San helped me’, he admitted and smiled briefly, before she carefully started unwrapping the bandage.
‘Well, tell him he did a rather good job’, madam Pomfrey replied and started washing out the various wounds with alcohol.
‘I will, next time I see him.’

He had, unwillingly left his coat on his bed, knowing that the teachers didn't allowed it, it was barely that they allowed the hat. But after a year they had stopped talking to him about it. When he started last year, meeting them for the first time, they all told him to take off the hat, but he refused, and after a few trips to the headmaster and Pomfrey, the teachers stopped telling him. He knew that both the headmaster and the nurse was the reason behind it, but he hadn't thanked them, maybe he should have, but he just didn't cared. He wouldn't have stopped wearing it, no matter what happened, If they had wished to send him to the headmaster for the few years he was here, well then they could have. It wasn't like he cared if he would have been expelled, he could live the rest of his life in his mansion, alone, without a trouble. He had enough money to last for a life time, not needing a job. He had a title, he had a house, and no one else to care about.

It was times like this he really wondered why he even started. Yes his mother had told him what great school it was when he was young, and he had dreamt of going there as a child. But living in New Zeeland it wasn't possible, and he was pretty sure that his father would have forbid it, seeing that was what he did with the schools in New Zeeland. He had gotten a letter from one in New Zeeland, and one in Australia when he was eleven, and his father had declined, the same for Simon. That was something his mother hadn't been able to fight, but she had seemed to that they were homeschooled, so they could learn something. Maybe that was for the best, seeing how much he had learned and knew, especially since he was of age in New Zeeland, and already knew things his classmates wouldn't learn until this year, like transfiguration. Not that it had made it possible for him to use it in the house. Just like Hogwarts, it was impossible to use transfiguration in the mansion in New Zeeland, or had. Sometimes he really felt that he had nothing to learn from going to school.

That wasn't true, he knew that, but since he rarely saw an meaning with it, it really felt like a waste of time, and he was pretty sure that the teachers thought that as well. He wouldn't be surprised if they wondered why the hell he even started last year? Besides his mothers stories, it was to forget, focus on something else, something that didn't work. He thought about Law and everything that happened, as much as he did at home. So it really was meaningless, going to school. He thought, as he picked up his bag, and went towards his class, meting Oliver and Mark in the door, both giving him a look, but nothing more, as he passed them. He could hear how Oliver muttered something when he had left but he didn't care enough to turn around and confront him about it.

He soon reached the Charm classroom and stepped inside. As usual it was empty, seeing he always was early, and he placed himself at the window, wishing he could smoke but he resisted. Instead he placed arms on the desk, and rested his head against them, lying over the desk. He had his coffee next to him, but he didn't touch it. Instead he pulled down his hat, and waited, trying to ignore the thoughts of his meeting with Dohyun, and how strange it was, mostly from his part. He wished to pretend that it never happened.

After maybe half an hour or so, Tony had to leave for class and thereby left Dohyun alone with the nurse. He turned towards the white haired boy when reaching the doorway, smiling a encouraging smile as he pulled the strap on the bag further up his shoulder. Great, now he was going to act all positive and shit, which the other student had no energy to appreciate at the moment. He couldn’t muster up enough of that positivity to think in those lines, it wasn’t possible. However that didn’t necessarily mean he didn’t try, resulting in a small smile flashing over the pale lips. Shit, he probably looked half dead.
‘I’ll be back during the lunch break, just try not to feed those nasty thoughts of yours’, Tony warned him, before he finally started Nanjing his way through the empty corridor.
It wasn’t that Dohyun wanted his friend to leave, but it still felt kind of nice to be left alone. At least now that madam Pomfrey kept close by, meaning he wasn’t totally alone. Because being left all by himself wasn’t something he appreciated at all, which might’ve sounded contradictory considering he still kind of liked it. It probably had to do a lot with what he’d been forced to live through during the summer breaks. He didn’t want those memories to define him in any way, but they still unconsciously did.
With a small sigh, he leaned back against the pile of soft pillows behind him, directing the unfocused gaze towards the ceiling above him. Not unexpectedly it was nearly impossible for him to actually focus it, even a tiny bit. Every time he came close to even trying, it felt as if his head was going to explode. And the cold sweating, damn it was driving him mad!

Dohyun simply found himself feeling extremely sick. Not because he was sick by that definition, but still. It felt really, really lousy and rather dreadful. He found himself clutching the bedsheets tightly, trying to bury himself underneath them. To be honest he wouldn’t complain if he ended up sinking through the bed, down towards the soil underneath the castle. Yes, that was an excellent idea! Maybe he should get a shovel and begin digging, creating a safe place also known as a self made grave. Wonderful.
‘Mr Park, you’re looking unusually unwell’, madam Pomfrey stated as she walked past the single occupied bed in the entire hospital wing. Her voice sounded worried, which wasn’t really that unusual.
‘I am feeling particularly unwell’, Dohyun croaked and peaked over the edge of the sheet, glaring at the nurse with his lower lip pouting.
‘Do you need anything? A cup of tea, an extra blanket or something?’ She asked, very careful with her choice of words. It wasn’t a secret the student became extra moody this close to the full moon, at least not to her.
‘What about a cure?’ He answered, before hiding underneath the sheets once again.
‘You know very well there is no such thing’, the nurse said and shook her head, before she threw an extra blanked over the student. ‘I’ll bring you some soup and tea, okay?’ She continued and left the room with hasty steps.

When she later returned, Dohyun actually sat up in the bed waiting eagerly for the food. He didn’t want to eat, didn’t feel like putting anything in his mouth, but damn he was absolutely starving. Not that there was anything weird about that, seeing he hadn’t had any breakfast. And his body tended to crave more nutrition than usual lately, for some odd reason.
‘Feeling any better?’ Madam Pomfrey asked as she placed the tray in the white haired boys lap.
‘Not really, I’m just hungry’, he answered and immediately stared scooping up the warm soup with the spoon. It didn’t take very long for him to finish and after he did, he turned his attention towards the bread and butter.
‘Well, it’s good you’re eating’, she said and gave him a quick pat on the shoulder, before she disappeared into her office, closing the door behind him.
‘I’m not eating because it tasted good or anything, I just feel so fucking hungry’, Dohyun muttered to himself, after the door had closed shut. Today wasn’t a good day, definitely nothing even close to good or even bearable.

Cora-San heard the other students enter the classroom and he gave them a fast glance, wondering if Dohyun was among them, being unsure of what happened to the other student after the left him. He heard Mark and Oliver whisper about him, and how he acted in the morning, but he couldn't hear what they said, not all of it. He saw how Tony entered, but seeing that the other boy wasn't with him, he figured he wouldn't come. Cora-San wasn't even sure what he had hopped for, or why. But as soon as Tony met his eyes and gave him a small smile, he knew that Dohyun had told Tony! He gave the other boy a cold glance, one that made him turn away, and the blonde returned to rest his head against his arms. Why on earth had Dohyun told Tony? Or well they were friends, to why wasn't to much of a riddle, but it still irritated him. Or maybe he was more irritated that he had helped Dohyun, giving the other one a reason to tell Tony. Everything felt more complicated than it should, and all of it because he had acted up on a impuls, he couldn't even explain. He only hoped that Dohyun didn't expected it to happen again, because Cora-San was pretty sure he wouldn't speak much more to the other one, especially since he had no desire to.

His thoughts came to an end when Flitwick entered the room, climbing up on top of his book, looking out over them.
"Today we are going to talk about what you need to pass your exam" he started and Cora-San guessed every teacher would start this semester the same way. It wasn't surprising, just boring and he didn't get motivated to listen to him. He barely took any notes as the man continued talking, and it was a struggle to keep awake, after the first night without sleep, and the second with nightmares.

When the lesson ended he grabbed his things, and was on his way out when Tony appeared in front of him. Cora-San looked down on the boy, who gave him a nervous smile.
"I just wanted to thank you for helping Dohyun" he said in a honest voice, and Cora-San could have guessed it was what he wished to say, seeing he had no other reason to speak with him. But Cora-San didn't answer him, just shrugged his shoulders as he passed him. Without looking at Tony, he could tell that he seemed to struggle if he should say something more or leave it be. To Cora-San's joy he left him alone and took off. The blonde didn't knew to where, and he didn't really cared either. All he wished for was a smoke before he went to a history lesson. If i hadn't feared that he would have nightmares, if he fell asleep, he would do as his classmates and sleep. But he didn't wish to risk it.

As he stepped outside, it had stopped raining, at least for the moment. It was still cloudy and the sky was dark but he didn't mind. He lit the cigarette, sitting down, staring out in the distance, lost in thoughts. Tony's interaction was to his disliking, even if he helped Dohyun, and he really hoped that it wouldn't happen again. He had no interest in interacting with the other students, become their friend, get to know them or anything. He didn't wish to have people close ever again. His father was dead, so he couldn't hurt them, but you could still lose people and he didn't wish to lose more people, and also they didn't interest him. They lived their ridicules easy lives, thinking of them as difficult. They complained about tribunal things, and knew nothing about the real life. Cora-San just hated all of them! He finished his cigarette, went quickly to the kitchen and grabbed some coffee, before he headed to his next class, being somewhat prepared for two hours of forcing himself to stay awake.

As the hours passed by, everything just seemed to go straight downhill. Dohyun could literally feel how the dark circles under his eyes grew bigger and bigger, how his skin turned paler and paler. The fever had also gotten worse, a lot worse. Madam Pomfrey had been kind enough to give him a wet towel to put over his sweaty forehead. Not only that, but she’d also made sure he was buried under both the sheet and a thick blanket. Because the weird thing was he didn’t necessarily feel warm, even though he was in fact sweating like crazy. No, he was actually currently shattering his teeth and his entire body was shaking. It almost felt as if he was going to freeze to death.
Several times, the nurse had to switch out the towel and every time she brought another cup of tea. Staying hydrated at times like these was obviously quite important. Without enough fluids and other nutritions, the student in questions body could very well give up. It wasn’t that likely, since he’d gotten used to his condition during the last couple of years, however it was still a possibility. And even though he didn’t enjoy life all that much all the time, he didn’t have a death wish. After the first couple of full moons after he got bitten - sure, then he had definitely wanted to just end it all. Not only because it was extremely painful, but also because he couldn’t even grasp the control of his own body or mind. He hated the feeling, hated all of it.

Dohyun thanked the nurse as she brought another cup of tea, giving hear a bleak, yet genuine, smile.
‘Thank you..I know I’ve been a handful today’, he mumbled and took a sip of the warm liquid, with both eyes directed towards madam Pomfrey.
‘Don’t be silly’, she answered and shook her head, returning the smile with the equal amount of genuineness put into it. ‘It’s not your fault, Dohyun’, she continued and sat down on the side of the bed, by the students feet.
‘I know, but it definitely feels like it’, Dohyun said and made a grimace, turning the blue-brown eyes towards one of the windows instead. The sky was dark grey but at least the rain had stopped falling. Well, it’d probably begin again in a matter of minutes, by the look of those clouds.
‘It shouldn’t even feel like it’, the nurse protested and gave the boy a stern look. ‘So whatever is making you feel so frustrated, you need to let it go. It’s not you, it’s something else causing you to behave like that..just remember that.’ She sighed shortly, giving Dohyun a pat on the shoulder before she stood up and disappeared into her office again, only this time she left the door open.

The words echoed in his head for quite some time. She was right to some extent, as it was the full moon who made him feel so vulnerable and, well, frustrated. But at the same time he didn’t feel as if it was something else inside of him who caused him to behave like a total maniac. No, it was still him and only him, nothing else. That was the worst part of it, that he couldn’t really see where he ended and the curse began. They had basically melded and become one.
A sigh escaped the boy’s lips and he leaned his head back against the fluffy pile of pillows behind him. He was so tired, but not tired enough to sleep or dream. And even if he fell asleep eventually, he’d have to wake up in a matter of hours. It was a fact that he couldn’t stay in the hospital wing as the full moon rose. If he did, he’d most likely try to kill everyone in sight: madam Pomfrey, Tony and everybody else who cared about him. Dohyun never planned on letting any of that happened. Never. Not even if the sky kept dark like this and the darker times arrived. Because they all knew something was coming, or more like he knew. He could feel it all the way to his bones that something really bad was puttering up in the far distance, behind the mountains and fields of grass.

Tony had looked at him all day, and Cora-San was unsure of what he wished to get out of it. Was it because he had helped Dohyun and the other one wished to befriend him, he really hoped that wasn't the case, because he feared that would end with him punishing Tony or something. Was it because he didn't trusted him? Well he hoped that was the case, seeing he wouldn't care if that was the case. He also doubted that Tony would be able to do something his father haven't done, and if he managed, well Cora-San wouldn't care. Or did Tony stare at him for some other reason? vHe didn't know, but it irritated him to death, and he wondered why the annoying prick wasn't bothering someone else, some of his friends, because he had friends to bother. Was it because Dohyun wasn't there? Cora-San found himself wondering why the other student wasn't there, to his own annoyance. It shouldn't matter, and he shouldn't even care enough to get annoyed, yet he did.

Tony had told the teachers that Dohyun was sick, to the blonds surprise. Wounded, yes, sick, no. Cora-San wondered what happened after he left, how someone could become sick that fast? Well the other student was a weird one, so maybe he become sick easily. Cora-San didn't knew, since he was far from a doctor, he had never wanted to be one. Law wished for it, even tried to study to be one. Cora-San had helped him, loving to see the joy in his brothers eyes when he learned about some new disease, especially the more dangerous ones. Cora-San had just laughed at it, glad that Law had something to make him feel better, and something he could teach his older brother. Law had thought him how to make better bandages, how to treat his wound, and so much more. Before the young boy thought him, he just did it in the most clumsy way, it worked, but it wasn't as effective. He knew that Law would had become a good doctor, if not the best. The thought about Law had stopped him from thinking about the other students, and he was pleased so, until someone spoke with him.

He looked up from his food, sitting in the great hall and McGonagall had stopped in front of him. He met her eyes, and she tried to smile, but it was obvious that it was a faked one, trying to hide the worry.
"How are you feeling?" she asked, studying his features, and he just glared at her. "If you need a day off to sleep, we can arrange that, and Pomfrey can give you something to help you with the nightmares"
"Not interested" he answered, he had tried taking something that would help him sleep, and for him it made the nightmares worse. They weren't supposed to come when he drunk such things, but they did, and it was about things he never remembered otherwise. It was always about the worst things his father did, and he was far from keen to remember those things.
"Cora-San..." she started, clearly prepared to fight him, wanting to order him to go to bed, but he just stood up and walked out of the hall. If she wanted to take points from him, he didn't care!

He had ended up in the window, covered by his coat, looking like a black ball of feathers, with his sketchbook in hand. He was more than absent minded as he drew a picture of his mother and Law, reading together. It was a scene that never had happened, but he knew that his mother had read to Law, if she had been alive. He made the scene look cosy and safe, far away from the reality, but seeing that the scene never happened, it didn't have to be real.
"Are you alright?" he didn't turned to face Tony, wondering if the student had lost his mind. "I overheard McGonagall..."
"Oh for fuck sake" he said turning towards Tony with cold eyes, actually making the other one take a step back. "I helped Dohyun this morning because he was bleeding, and I am not an ass that lets someone bleed out. That's all! There is no need for you to start caring about me, look out for me or even talk to me! Leave me alone"
"..."
Cora-San continued glaring at Tony, hindering the other one from continue talking and he soon left the room, leaving him alone and Cora-San relaxed, wondering what the fuck was wrong with people? Why on earth would they start caring for someone without a good reason? He really hated how much the people tried to care about him! But he pushed those thoughts away and went back to drawing his mother and Law, to people who actually had cared about him, for real, and not because they had to, or wished to make themselves feel better. Cora-San looked down on the paper when he saw that it became wet, great, he was crying. He put the sketch on the floor, not wishing to ruin it, as he sunk deeper into the coat, trying to collect himself.

It took until nightfall until Tony returned to the seemingly empty hospital wing. He seemed quite annoyed when stomping through the open doors, with the lower lip pouting and the blue eyes narrow as ever.
‘What happened to you?’ Dohyun asked and raised an eyebrow, as the other boy fell down onto one of the other beds with a loud sigh.
‘Nothing happened to me, it’s just that Cora-San is such a little prick’, he answered, muttering without raising his head. He didn’t want to talk about it, something the white haired boy understood almost immediately. However he couldn’t stop asking questions about it, being a tad to curious as always. It was quite ironic, as he absolutely hated when other people stuck their noses in his own business. Yet he did the exact same thing, not putting any further thoughts to it.
‘Did he say something insensitive, or what?’ Dohyun wondered and looked hastily towards madam Pomfrey office. Sooner or later she’d come out with a blanket or two, wrap him up in them and send him off into the darkness. Damn, it all sounded very dramatic, which it really wasn’t.
‘He always says something insensitive’, Tony pointed out and closed both eyes lids with yet another sigh. ‘I just tried to thank him and you know..I was wondering how he was doing, but of course all he did was whisk me off with that cold eyes of his. Is he ever nice? Ever?’ The other one finished and shook his head, soon resting his cheeks between his hands while looking towards the other student.
‘That’s not true, and you know that’, Dohyun warned and gave him a quick glance. ‘And he is nice, sometimes..I mean, he hasn’t really been that bad towards me, except for the time he called me princess’, he continued and laughed, smiling a genuine smile until the nurse appeared in the doorway of her office.
‘Mr Park’, she begun and held the two blankets closer to her chest. ‘It’s time to leave.’ Infamous words. He hated them equally as much every time they left her lips. It’s time to leave. Leave into the cold night, only to spend it in that old shack that was more than close to falling apart and breaking into multiple pieces.

Dohyun finally nodded towards her, slowly climbing out of the bed, thereby leaving the warmth and comfort of the soft bed. His bare feet moved over the cold stone floor as he followed madam Pomfrey towards the open doors, soon with Tony right behind him.
‘Are you leaving already? Is that really necessary?’ He asked and threw his robe over the taller boys shaking shoulders. ‘I mean, you’re freezing!’
First of all, it was necessary, believe it or not. Just as all people were different in their own ways, the same went for all werewolves. None of them were the exact same, their body’s reacted differently to the curse - leaving some worse off than others. Dohyuns body wasn’t too fond of his condition, something that for some reason enabled the curse to hold a stronger grip over him. That was probably why he became so tense and strange when the full moon was waiting around the corner.
‘Yeah, I don’t have any urges to kill anyone..yet’, he explained and turned towards Tony, when they arrived at the main gates. ‘I never plan on hurting someone, ever, and if that means leaving early to be on the safe side, so be it’, he mumbled and gave the shorter student a pat on the shoulder. ‘Stop by tomorrow, will ya?’ And with those words the nurse opened the large doors, allowing the cold air to escape into the warmth. Then they both disappeared into the night, leaving Tony behind.

‘Two blankets and a bottle of water’, madam Pomfrey said and smiled bleakly, when handing them over. They were standing by the womping willow, which was calm as ever. Thank Merlin for wands and their magical abilities! Otherwise they’d probably be dead by now, both killed by an angry tree.
‘Thank you’, Dohyun replied and returned the smile, even though his was even paler than hers.
‘I’ll come and get you in the morning, okay? Just as always’, she assured him and gave him a quick hug, before moving a few steps back.
‘I’m counting on it, or I’ll blame you forever..especially if I die or something’, the student joked as he started climbing into the hole right next to the thick stem, leading him down into a dark, earthy tunnel. Well, this was it. Now it felt more real an sinister, almost as if he’d ordered that specific feeling.

Cora-San had managed to collect himself before the others returned, ready to go to bed. None of them looked at him, which was unusual, but maybe Tony hade said something to them. But seeing that the boy wasn't with them, not likely, so maybe they just was tired of his ways? Well he didn't cared if they were, almost welcoming it, if it meant that they would leave him alone. He heard the other talk to each other, mostly about Dohyun's behavior this morning. It sounded like they were worried, but also unsure about how to handle the other one. It wasn't surprising, but for some reason it made Cora-San a bit angry. Why on earth didn't they just speak to Dohyun, why talk about him? He wouldn't ask the others, just hoping that they needed advice on how to handle the situation before they spoke to the other student. Well at least Dohyun had Tony, and he seemed to be a good friend, and...

Cora-San hindered his own thoughts, why on earth did he even thought about the student? Why did any of this matter? It shouldn't! He promised himself to never care again, about anyone. Yet here he was, pissed at Dohyun's friends and how they behaved. He decided that he should stop! That it was no meaning in it, and instead he went back to his sketch book, needing a distraction.

Tony returned a few hours later and Cora-San was surprised to see him return so late. The other boy gave him an irritated glance, not that the blonde judge him, but thankfully he didn't say anything, he just went to bed. Cora-San knew he should do the same, but he refused, knowing he would have nightmares, instead he concentrated on the drawing of some sheep's he used to see from his old bedroom, as he tried to not wonder where Dohyun was.

When the sun rose the next morning, he had fallen asleep in the window, given him at least two hours of sleep, if he was correct. He wasn't sure, and it didn't really matter. What was important was that he had slept without nightmares. Two hours was fare from enough, but better than nothing. He collected his stuff who had felled to the floor, and saw that none of the other boys were up yet and he was pleased. None of them would see him looking this awful. He would still look awful, even after he had done his makeup and hair, but better than now.

He left the bathroom thirty minutes later, not looking alive, but he didn't look like a zombie at least, but barely. He switched to his uniform as he left the room just as the other got up, once again he heard them mutter about him but he ignored them and went to the great hall. As he was walking down the stairs, he couldn't hinder himself from wondering how Dohyun was doing. It was rare that Pomfrey asked student to stay over night, meaning that he most likely was very ill.
"You don't care!" he told himself as he walked into the hall and placed himself at the table. He took a big cup of coffee, trying to eat anything, while he opened his news paper from New Zeeland.
